Digital technology will inevitably enter the educational system, complementing the traditional education system. "The world in which we live is a digital world, so modern training should use digital technologies in the context of self-training, whether they are practical or theoretical," said Alexander Sobolev, speaking at the session "National Platform of Open Education. Is it possible to import-substitute Coursera?»
